There is opportunity for Millennials in Shreveport. We are teaming up with two other local organizations to recognize those Millennials who are leading key organizations, working in key organizations, and have started key organizations in Shreveport. During Black History Month in February the History Department along with these organizations will host a event that will feature these individuals.

We plan to feature a total of 15 African American Millennial Movers & Shakers in Shreveport.
