I have struggled to find the words to illustrate my thoughts today.

Like so many in our community, I’ve been heartbroken, praying, and trying to process the loss of these children. As a mother and an attorney who regularly works with families in crisis, this hits in a way that is hard to put into words. My heart aches deeply for the mother(s), families, and loved ones walking through this unimaginable grief.

While details are still unfolding, situations like this are a painful reminder that domestic violence is real, it is serious, and it requires more than temporary intervention. Access to resources, consistent support, and meaningful rehabilitation are critical if we truly want to prevent tragedies like this.

Today, there are no perfect words- just grief, compassion, and a call for us to continue doing better as a community.

Justice Served – Family Reunited! ⚖️

We are thrilled to share the news of a recent victory for justice and for a devoted mother. After a challenging custody battle, our firm successfully secured the safe return of her children — who had been taken across state lines by the father — back into her loving care.

This case was not only about legal arguments, but about fighting for what is right, protecting the bond between a mother and her children, and ensuring the children’s best interests remained front and center.

We are deeply honored to have been part of this journey and to stand by our client during one of the most difficult times of her life. Seeing this family reunited reminds us why we do what we do every single day.
