NOTICE OF SHERWOOD OFFICE LOCATION CLOSURE

Effective September 26, 2026, the physical office of Merritt Law Firm located at 2902 East Kiehl Avenue, Sherwood, AR 72120, will be closing.

Merritt Law Firm, the business, is NOT closing. This change affects only our brick-and-mortar office location. Ms. Sara Merritt will continue operating Merritt Law Firm remotely and serving her clients as usual.

All clients currently represented by Ms. Sara will continue to be represented, and this transition will not change our commitment to our clients or the legal services we provide. The closure of our Sherwood office is simply an operational change as the firm transitions to a remote practice.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this transition or your representation, please contact our office at 501-864-7500.

As part of closing our physical office, we will also have office furniture, supplies, and other items available for sale that will no longer be needed. These items will be posted and shared through Facebook Marketplace in the coming days and weeks.

Thank you for your continued trust and support of Merritt Law Firm. We appreciate the opportunity to serve our clients and community and look forward to continuing to serve you throughout 2026 and beyond.
