Closed out September with a 2-for! Client came to us with an almost $300,000 default judgment against him due to no fault of his own. We filed our papers and went in to argue. As a certified law student, Fernando Vega got the opportunity to argue this motion and, more importantly gain some experience in a not as stressful arena - he had me to jump in when I needed to. He did great for his first court appearance.

The judge GRANTED our motion and vacated the judgment and ALL the efforts to collect were immediately ordered to cease and all judgment documents and efforts vacated.

We celebrated the win and that first court appearance. Soon we’ll celebrate his first solo appearance as an attorney. Congrats Fernando!
