As such, she is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association as well as the Australian American Association (Los Angeles), Australians in Film, and Australians in LA. In addition, Ms. Meyer is a Board member and chairperson of Chaminade College Preparatory, of which she is an alumna. We assist artists, investors, executives, skilled professionals, and intra-company transferees in obtaining temporary work visas and permanent resident (green card) status through family, job, and lottery. Specifically, we assist in obtaining visas for bands (P-1 visa), writers, directors, composers, musicians, producers, actors, and performers (O-1 visa) based on exceptional ability and related support personnel (O-2). We work with talent agents, managers, music supervisors, and production companies in
the U.S. to facilitate obtaining working visas for their clients. We also process a high number of E-3 visas for Australian nationals working in a professional position with US employers. Although the firm services clients from all over the world, a majority of our clients are Australian, British, Canadian, and South American. (As such, there are Spanish speakers on staff.) Submitting an entry for the Diversity Visa Program? A few reminders:

✅ Beware of those who charge a fee to help you. There is NO fee to enter and dvprogram.state.gov is the only way to submit an entry. Do not be fooled by scams or fake websites.

✅ Make sure your photo was taken in the last six months! Using an old photo will disqualify you.

✅ You must list your spouse and all unmarried children under the age of 21 in your entry, even if they won’t be traveling or immigrating with you.

The Diversity Visa Program will open from October 4 to November 7, 2023, and allows those from countries with low U.S. immigration rates, who meet eligibility requirements, to enter for a chance to apply for a U.S. immigrant visa. dvprogram.state.gov is the ONLY way to enter. Read the program instructions at travel.state.gov/dv.
