So I have been so terrible taking pictures of my closings and clients big days here lately. I think it’s how busy everyone gets while closing I just forget. But today is a big day the Ducketts are moving out of LJ 😳 yep that’s right this one is as crazy as it was when I moved Garrett Crump out of LJ it’s one of those you never think will call you to move!!
Thanks Aaron Duckett and Jordyn for always being awesome for trusting me and always supporting me and my business yall are awesome and so is your new place!! Don’t think I’m not holding you to it I’m taking you to the lake and I’m swimming in your new sweet pool!!!
Congratulations guys I’m so happy for you but when you’re ready to move back to the junction I’ll be here to make it happen!!

So as the year comes to an end in business all I can say is Thank You!!!
Every year I am asked what my goal is and my answer is always the same I don’t make goals because then once you reach said goal what do you do Slow down or crush another one? So I just work hard, pray harder and hope for the best!! My true goal is to be present and never miss a thing no matter what and I can say I crush that goal every year!!!
I was blessed again this year making it into the top 10 in my real estate company for the 4th year running I have been in the top 10 ever year they have given this award out and that is something I am very proud of!!! I lost track of this year but Josh thinks it is my best year yet in Real Estate!! With a slower market you all rallied around me and my family and supported my small business in a big way and for that I can not think you enough!!

So I must say we are amazing at playing dominoes!! Congratulations John and Jordan O’Connell on the sale of your existing home and the purchase of your new one level ranch home!!! I had a couple people tell me when I listed their house that we would never get that kind of money out of it because the market was slow… Well they were wrong we sold it to the first person that walked in it for asking price and made all the dominoes fall in place on 4 closing all in the same day at the same place!
