This is what day one looks like at my Montana Ave reno that I’m finally getting to start on after months of ping pong with the city to get plans approved. Dirt moved, trenches cut, rebar in the ground, my first addition build and we’re building it right. While the exterior crew is digging and setting the crawlspace foundation, my interior guys are inside replacing rotted joists and sill plate damages while jacking and leveling the existing foundation. Full gut from the ground up. This is the part most people never see — but it’s the most important work we do. Long way to go but this is my favorite part, watching something come out of nothing. 💪

It’s been a busy couple of weeks & a great start for 2026 for us at Rednour Real Estate Services.

We’ve put several renovation projects under contract, closed on two more deals this week, and are scheduled to close on my next investment property — a triplex and the biggest renovation project I’ve taken on yet at over 3,000 sqft as a shell.

We’ve also placed two new tenants into our rental properties over the last week or two, continuing to grow and stabilize our rental portfolio.

On top of that, we have three more fully renovated homes hitting the market within the next week or two.
