So Facebook is reminding me that my office has been open for 11 years (!!) and I somehow skipped right passed my ten year anniversary last year (can I blame covid? I'm blaming covid). Can't believe it's already been that long but thanks are in order to everyone who has supported me. I practice a little bit in several areas but real estate is what has kept me busiest and that's all thanks to friends, family, real estate agents, loan officers, bankers, mortgage brokers and everyone else that's trusted me to help and/or given my name out to those looking for a real estate attorney.
I've prided myself on being as accessible and flexible as possible doing closings in people's homes, place of business, drive-by closings (covid), Cracker Barrel, Starbucks, in a kindergarten teacher's classroom (including comically small chairs), and even one at midnight (long story but flight schedules just made it work out for everyone - thanks to my assistant, Robyn, for this one). So if you or anyone you know is getting ready to go through a purchase, sale, or refinance of property, please keep me in mind.
