What is Estate Tax, and why is it important? 🧐

According to the IRS, "Estate Tax is a tax on your right to transfer property at your death." This means accounting for everything you own, including but not limited to real estate property, cars, buildings, cash, stocks, and more.

The most important aspect is that as of 2023, the estate and lifetime gift tax exemption is now $12.92 million per individual! 😲 This is a significant increase from last year's $12.02 million.
