Meet our Team. Tonya Holman is a family, civil and probate attorney located in Shalimar. She has watched the A Bed 4 Me mission for some time and now serves on our board of directors. Tonya had this share.

“I am a new board member but not new to "A Bed 4 Me". Years ago I went to a fundraiser at Toast in Niceville. I heard the presentation and immediately felt I wanted to help in any way I could, so I donated a complete bedding. I continued to support the organization and last year I was asked to join the board. I am so thankful to be a part of an organization that supports the children in our community. The services provided by A Bed 4 Me, put smiles on children's faces each and every time a bed is delivered. This organization is a true blessing to our community.”

We support Breast Cancer Awareness Month here at Tonya Holman Law. Sharing and helping raise awareness is one way we all can give back in hopes to help uplift women and families in need. Given the past year’s climate across the nation, organizations are taking more measures to raise access to education, screenings and early detection.

Probate is the legal process by which a person’s assets are distributed after death. If a person dies with a valid will, the estate is considered testate, and a personal representative (executor) is named to attend to the resolution of the estate.

Tonya Holman will represent an estate’s executor, as well as family members interested in contesting a will. We understand the financial and legal issues involved and can often save clients time and money in settling an estate through probate.
