The price on this gem has been improved! It's rare to have a place this close to the water and the action in the heart of Pigeon Forge.

09/03/2026

Two new listings and they are BOTH on the river! River front properties in the area don't become available often! These are located minutes from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge.

726 Plantation is a 3 bed/3 bath river cabin with sooo many decks and porches. Two outdoor kitchens. Access straight down to the water. Fish, float, play. Tons of indoor space with a 2nd living room/game room.

2323 River Port Way is an adorable 1 bed/1 bath honeymoon cabin and it is SEXY! Ambient lighting, soaking tub, couple's shower, hot tub and river access. It's all about the water with this one!

Pending! Pending! Pending! Pending!

Cabins going under contract like flies around here. That doesn't even make sense. Cause flies don't go under contract. And cabins don't drop. But these things are selling like hotcakes! Which are called pancakes in the Smokies. And, boy, do we have the pancakes! And the fudge, moonshine, car shows, mini golf, bears, and CABINS!

Reach out if you would like a market evaluation of your property in the Smoky Mountains. This is one of the best times of the year to sell. Many buyers are looking to purchase by year end for tax reasons and many 1031 exchange buyers are under deadlines.

This is an unbelievable deal! Just listed!

This immaculate 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in the heart of Townsend sits on 1.59 acres with incredible mountain views and a gorgeous park-like yard. That opens the door to some incredible possibilities, whether you keep the additional acreage for privacy, create a buildable homesite, or explore the potential for additional cabins.
