Contrary to a quote circulating in the media,(👇🏻) one juror finding reasonable doubt is not how a “not guilty” verdict is returned. A verdict of not guilty requires all twelve jurors to unanimously agree on the verdict. It took only 90 minutes for the jurors in Father Punnackal’s case to consider the evidence as to all of the charges and unanimously agree on his innocence.

Congrats to Michael and Travis for obtaining a $250,000.00 full policy limits settlement for one of our amazing clients injured in a multi-vehicle accident last year. The insurance company fought us every step of the way with the standard tactics despite their insured being charged and convicted of a DUI and the serious injuries sustained by our client.
