To begin part-time work 15-20 hours but may expand to 28-32 hours.

Generally office closed on Friday.

All of us (William Payne Roxannee Chase Bolster Avanda Mast and our associate attorneys and outside staff) at Payne Law, PS, wish to thank all of our past, present and future clients in Clallam, Jefferson, Kitsap, King, Grays Harbor, Skagit and Whatcom counties for the trust and confidence placed in our firm to help you with your legal needs.

While 2019 was a great year with growth for the future, 2020 brings us to a new office, with expanded staff and resources all prepared to assist our clients to the best of our ability to fulfill our motto: Client focused, Results Driven!

A heartfelt thank you to the Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe, and other tribes we have worked with on the Olympic and Kitsap Peninsula for allowing us to serve as your Prosecuting Attorney and Presenting Officer. We are growing!!!!

Payne Law, PS William Payne and Roxannee Chase Bolster along with Stephanie Hyatt, is excited to welcome our newest employee, Jill Nickles. Jill grew up in Clallam County and joins us as an Administrative Assistant.

She recently graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Human Resources and is currently working on her masters degree.

We welcome Jill to our firm and look forward to her meeting our clients. As we grow, we continue to provide the best legal services available to our clients in Clallam, Jefferson, Kitsap counties and Seattle.
