My best adventure today (and maybe to date…. Was to meet these insanely cute puppies at Bayshore Boston Terriers

They all stole my heart! Especially Rosie who I got to snuggle with.

This was by far the best signing of my day!!! I got to meet these insanely cute puppies!!!

Where were you on September 11th, 2001?

I will never forget that day. I had been sick so I was home from work and I popped into a bagel shop that had a tv- I heard what happened and went to my parents house to be with my mom who was ill with breast cancer.

I remember being so confused about why anyone would intentionally take airplanes to hit the World Trade Center,
The Pentagon and other targets here in my cozy, safe country.

I also remember the America of 9/12- we were a united country like never seen in my lifetime (someone had always been fighting over something..)

The following March my parents and I flew back to Maine to be with the rest of my family as we had lost my grandmother. The flight path took us right over the World Trade Center. You could see the huge craters in the ground, the lights (it was at night) and all the people and the equipment working…. It was so surreal.

Never forget… and God Bless those whose loved ones never made it home.
