We’re partnering with the Family Law Forms Lab to test a low-fee court form review. This is the same service that’s available for free at the courthouse each Tuesday. It is not legal advice. It’s just a quick check in to make sure your forms are okay, and to answer any questions.

Please read through RCW 26.09.030. You don’t have to live in Lincoln County to file for divorce in Lincoln County. However, you (or your spouse) must be a current resident of Washington State, or you/your spouse is currently stationed in Washington State in the military.

If you’re nervous about what to put in your divorce court forms, my wife teaches a free workshop at the courthouse every Tuesday at 1 pm https://kcll.org/forms-lab/

Our office provides mediation. We are not a form filing service. My wife has provided free help all over town and works with domestic violence advocacy organizations. Please don’t confuse our services with the free filing services that we support. And please don’t pay someone to file your forms. We both paid someone to put us on the litigation calendar when we got divorced. It was a waste of money. Filing is online now. You don’t need a filing service.
