It’s easy to feel aligned on January 1.

The energy is high. The quotes are everywhere. Everyone is “starting fresh.”

But authenticity isn’t proven on day one. It’s proven on the days no one is watching. When it is cold and gray in February. When you are not sure if the work will keep coming. When you did not sleep well. When the motivation is gone and the work is boring, uncomfortable, or inconvenient.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a family law or civil litigation paralegal.
- Understand what it means to have a sense of urgency and appreciate that quality.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. We like people who can spot a punctuation error from a mile away.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Proficient with and not scared of technology.
- Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Will exercise discretion and will sign a confidentiality agreement.
- Will be okay talking to people on the phone. If the phone (or people in general) scare or make you uncomfortable, this isn’t for you.
