Hopefully this will give me some time to focus on volunteering to help people get paperwork in order for medical care or after transition.

Hey I am putting another of my documents out for free, this one is about the choices you ask someone to might make when they have medical power of attorney. Use it as a reminder of a talk, not as a stand alone document.
