I genuinely love every home I get the chance to work on, but every once in a while there’s a property that just feels different… and this was one of those homes. From day one, you could feel how deeply loved and cared for this house was. Every space felt intentional, warm, and full of memories. 🥰

One of my favorite things about real estate is seeing how that love somehow always finds its way into the sale process. Homes with great energy seem to attract the right people at the right time, and this one was no exception ✨

Almost* every day starts the same way for me — a long walk with my girl, Sierra 🐾💕

This time has become one of the most important parts of my day. It’s my chance to mentally prepare for what’s ahead, reflect on how life and business are going, think about what needs to change, and focus on what I can do better.

Of course, life as a broker means work is never really “off,” so somewhere along the way I usually find myself walking the neighborhood streets keeping an eye out for homes that could be perfect for my buyers 🏡✨

More often than not, Sierra and I make our way to Kerry Park — one of my absolute favorite viewpoints in Seattle. We always take a long pause here to just breathe, relax, and take in the incredible view and quiet morning moments together. 🌆💙

Real estate is truly a full-time job, but moments like these help keep me grounded and grateful.

I couldn’t be happier for my sellers as they close one chapter and start an exciting new one. They’ve been dreaming of moving to Colorado full time for years, and trusted me to help make that dream happen. 🏔️❤️

The condo market can be a tricky one, and we knew it might take some patience. But with consistent open houses and strong marketing, it paid off! We found our buyer during an open house… and it turns out they lived right around the corner! How perfect is that? 🏡
