New court decision about USCIS not following the law- this in regards to three actions by USCIS that the court vacated "the Global Asylum Policy Hold, the Benefits Hold Policy, and the Comprehensive Re-Review Policy". The 135 page opinion is a great read..

The latest news on the May 21st memo from USCIS (PM 602-0199), is that USCIS put it on hold. This is not officially from USCIS, but that is what USCIS officers have told immigration lawyers this week. I am certain when litigation comes this memo will be found invalid by courts.
