Really frustrating! Congress could fix this all by passing a law to provide a pathway to citizenship to DACA recipients.

Several attorneys who are members of the American Immigration Lawyers Association have been reporting that their clients are being detained at airports even with valid employment authorization documents, advance parole and pending adjustment of status applications while traveling within the U.S. Consider delaying or cancelling even domestic travel unless you already have you green card or otherwise in good status such as with a student or other valid visa.
