I was thinking about people who have helped me through out the years and Daniel Sheed is up there on the top of the list.

I cannot thank this man enough for all he has done for me. He literally gave me a second chance at life. 6 years ago, I was charged with a DUI, Resisting Arrest, and Assault on an officer. He fought for me like no other and thanks to this man.

My charges were dismissed.

I am a now a mother with 3 children.

I count my blessings everyday and have him to thank for where I am today.

I hope I never have to use his services again, but if I did, he'd be the first person to call.

Best lawyer:

Daniel was amazing he took the time to talk to me on a Sunday (after the dui sat night) my husband and I were at the lowest point of our lives and so scared! He talked to me probably 3 times that day, I’m not sure what I would have done without his support.

We hired him officially that Tuesday and he helped us along the journey. When we got to court he definitely stood out in the courtroom from all the other lawyers, they were just going thru the motions, right there we knew we made a great decision. On that Sunday I must of left messages for 10 lawyers but for some reason we felt most confident with Daniel!

Then the big day came the final court hearing, he took the time to tell the judge all about our situation and our character, the judge listened and he actually got the case dismissed!! It was a miracle but he did it, we will be forever grateful for his professionalism and that he really went to bat for us!! Thank you once again!

Recent review by former client. Secured the “Not Guilty” on Count 1. Then Count 2 was dismissed just before proceeding to the next trial. The right decision in both cases:

Sound Legal Defense, #1 Trial defense!!! -

In 2023, I faced multiple criminal charges and pending trials due to pleading not guilty. I retained Attorney Sheed after hearing about some of his past legal cases referred through a friend of a friend. Daniel has always been honest, direct and gave me realistic expectations to include both good and bad news and the outcomes. Daniel successfully defended me at trial in July 2023. The Prosecution attempted to stack the deck and paint a criminal narrative. Daniel helped the Jury to see the true facts of the case and with little deliberation obtained a"Not Guilty" verdict. In September 2023, Daniel defended me once again. The other charge did not make it to trial and the case was dismissed. I now have a criminal free record with fi****ms rights restored. My faith in the justice system has been restored. I would like to express my gratitude to Daniel for all he does in the pursuit of justice. Keep up the great work, Sir!

Free Advice: Stay safe this weekend. Reminder that if you get arrested today, you may need to spend an extra day in jail before you see a judge, so try not to get arrested.
