Some things scare buyers that honestly shouldn't. πŸ‘‡

Cosmetic issues are usually at the top of the list β€” outdated paint, old carpet, light fixtures from another decade. Those are fixable. They look bad in photos and feel overwhelming during a walkthrough, but they're not deal-breakers.

The fundamentals are what actually matter: structure, location, layout, long-term livability. A solid home with cosmetic flaws will outperform a shiny one that doesn't fit your life almost every time.

Most buyer fear comes from not knowing what's a real red flag and what's just noise. Knowing the difference is half the battle.
