Administrative Assistant Position for Law Firm (North Seattle)
Part-Time Position
We are an Estate Planning law firm in North Seattle. We are seeking a part-time administrative support person to assist us as we transition back to more traditional in-office operations. This person will be primarily responsible for managing the flow of information and papers within the office; including, opening and scanning incoming mail, printing and mailing outgoing mail, maintaining paper files, and preparing documents and notes for meetings. The person will have direct contact with firm clients while acting as a greeter when in-person meetings occur, witnessing original wills, handling original documents from clients, and print legal documents for clients’ signatures.
Also, this person will support other areas of firm operation as needed, including data input, electronic filing, scheduling, reception, business development, marketing, social media, firm operations, and accounting.

• Ability to learn new software at a fast pace, experience with Office 365 a plus
• Ability to type 50+ wpm
• Experience with web-based client databases a plus
• Capacity to work independently
