Experienced full-time family law paralegal/legal assistant is needed for my busy family law firm. Must have some family law experience and must be proficient in Word, Excel, Timeslips, and Outlook. This is not an entry level position. Ideal candidates should have experience and advanced knowledge of the legal documents, court rules, court deadlines, terminology and procedures associated with family law practice.
Required Skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision.
Proven effectiveness working on multiple projects with competing deadlines and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Demonstrated experience working with family law forms.
Demonstrated effectiveness working in a team environment.
Proven skill problem solving in the work place.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated professionalism and ownership of responsibilities.
