I began my career as a realtor, and moved into the closing side of things after a couple of years of learning all about the buying/selling side of real estate transactions. I felt more suited to helping facilitate the closing process, and I really enjoy assisting buyers, sellers, real estate professionals and lenders in reaching the goal: Closing Day! I have raised my family in the community and

developed relationships with many people in the real estate industry. I can't imagine any other career that would be as rewarding to me as what I get to do every day. I get to help people! My goal is to provide professional, competent service, no matter what your particular closing needs may be. As a real estate closing agent for Proland Title, I am lucky to be surrounded by the best in this business. Our title research department is top notch. I get to work with the most thorough title agents in the business, and our closing support department is second to none. My mission is to be the best that I can be, and to provide a smooth, enjoyable closing experience. Whether you are buying your first home or your 20th investment property, I want to be your favorite closer! If you are selling your home, it's often a very traumatic event to leave the place where your most precious memories have been made. I understand this, and I promise to help you through the process with understanding and professionalism. People have busy lives! Sometimes you just can't take off work to sign documents for your purchase or sale in the middle of the day. If you are moving to or from another state, I can email or overnight documents to make your transaction easy! We provide everything you will need to get your closing done. I have closed transactions as far away as Japan, Germany, even Greece! I travel to closings if your circumstances require it. If you are purchasing property in White County, but your lender and realtor are located elsewhere, I can usually work it out to come to your realtor's office, or your place of business. One of the best things about working with Proland Title is that we can close anyone in ANY COUNTY in Arkansas! Since I'm not tied to only White County transactions, you can count on me to close any transaction you may have in the state of Arkansas!
