Rates are on a roll this week and are reacting very well to the Fed’s latest announcement. FHA, VA, and Conventional Mortgage Rates are well down into the 6’s and with some buy down funds, my go to lenders can get into the upper 5’s easily. As the word spreads of rates dropping, buyer activity is surely going to be on the rise. Give me a call for all your real estate needs or market updates?

My boy Chace now has some serious competition… Meet Riley Holmes Straup born 4/30/22. Almost had to drop the tailgate on I26 and play catcher but we made it just in the nick of time. Mom and Riley are doing great!
