Rick has been practicing law since 2006. He is a former Trustee of the Atlantic County Bar Association and a former member of the District 1 Ethics Fee Arbitration Committee appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court. Prior to starting Andrien Law Firm, Rick worked in private practice handling Land Use applications and related litigation; Real Estate Transactions; Municipal Law; Contract Disputes;
Labor and Employment; and other matters. Rick worked as an Assistant County Counsel for Atlantic County primarily handling Labor and Employment cases, contract disputes and administrative law. Rick has significant litigation experience, achieving favorable results in Labor and Employment and in Land Use matters. Similarly, he has a history of resolving complex matters through negotiating and settling cases in his client's interest.
