For a hot second, I thought retirement might not be so bad. A week of taking care of my grandkids, making memories, and soaking up all those sweet moments sounded like the perfect life!

And while I wouldn’t trade that time with them for anything, I came home with a full heart and more motivated than ever to sell real estate!

I forgot how much energy little ones require! Real estate comes second nature to me, but grandma duty is a whole different ballgame!

I love those babies, but I think retirement can wait a little longer! Kuddos to my daughter for making it look so easy.

Feeling incredibly grateful.

Being recognized among the top 1.3% of 54,000+ REALTORS® in Arizona, with 26 homes sold and $13.7M in sales so far in 2026, is something I don’t take lightly.

Every number represents a client, a family, a story, and someone who trusted me to guide them through one of life’s biggest decisions. To every client who has worked with me, referred me, supported me, or simply cheered me on, thank you. Your trust is the reason I get to do what I love every day.

I’m so proud of what we’ve accomplished together, but the year isn’t over yet. I’m looking forward to an incredible rest of 2026, helping even more people make their next move and continuing to serve my clients at the highest level.

Here’s to finishing the year strong and with a very grateful heart.

Realtor friends, tap in! 😂

This is such a rookie mistake, but I swear we’ve ALL made it at some point.

And people still say Realtors “just open doors.” Meanwhile, we can spend weeks or months showing homes, writing offers, negotiating, coordinating inspections, solving problems and keeping everything together… only for a buyer to back out, financing to fall through, or an offer to not get accepted.

Then guess what? No paycheck. We start all over again and sometimes wait months before the next closing.

Real estate looks easy from the outside. The behind-the-scenes is a whole different story.

I’ve been through a lot of real estate cycles, changing markets, and plenty of trends over the years. That experience matters.

I’ve helped clients buy when rates were 7% and even higher, and many of those same clients now have significant appreciation and equity because they made the right move for the long term instead of waiting for the “perfect” market.

Real estate is bigger than today’s interest rate. It’s about having someone who knows how to navigate the market, guide you in the right direction, and help you make a decision that sets you up financially for years to come.

Who you work with matters.

Loyal, quick to respond, and available 24/7. Thank you, Chat, for always being there for me. 😂

It’s funny because you didn’t lose me at “we’re looking to buy in a year.” It was more the credit score piece, because sometimes a year alone isn’t enough to get your score where it needs to be, especially if you’re trying to do it on your own.

I actually have some great credit repair resources that can help you work on getting your score up. I’m definitely not afraid of waiting, but I do think we should hold off on looking at homes until you’re truly ready, your score is where it needs to be, and you’re preapproved.

As you probably know, agents don’t get paid hourly. We’re paid when a transaction closes, so once you’re financially ready to move forward, I’d be happy to jump in and start looking with you.

So grateful for my clients who continue to trust me with such a big part of their lives. I truly love what I do, and seeing these numbers is just a reminder of how much that trust means to me.

And yes, I even managed to squeeze a vacation in somewhere between all of this! 😂

If you’re thinking about buying or selling in Scottsdale or the Phoenix area, I’d love to be your resource. Give me a call and let’s talk real estate!

Between Inception and The Wolf of Wall Street, I just can’t seem to get rid of Leo 😂

But in all reality, he’s always been one of my favorite actors, so he can stay.

Greece recap with my honey 🤍 Now that I’ve officially been to Greece, I’m still in awe of it all. It was romantic, beautiful, dreamy, and honestly such a special trip for the two of us.

We had the absolute best time and made memories I’ll never forget.

If you’ve been to Greece, comment below and tell me your favorite places, restaurants, islands, or things you did. I’d love to hear what everyone else loved because I already want to go back!

Dolly was such a huge inspiration to women. She had this incredible way of making you feel like you could be exactly who you are and never have to shrink yourself, change your personality, or become someone different to be accepted.

She reminded us to embrace what makes us different, own who we are, love ourselves fully, and never apologize for taking up space in this world.

She was feminine, funny, strong, unapologetic, generous, wildly talented, and completely herself. That may be one of the greatest lessons she leaves behind.

An American icon has passed, but her words, her music, her heart, and the confidence she gave generations of women will remain forever.

Rest in peace, Dolly. We will always love you. 🤍
