Congratulations and warm wishes to Kate and Jonathan. We were able to obtain a marriage based CR1 green card for Jonathan in less than 6 months from start to finish. Jonathan is from 🇮🇪 and I had to wear green in solidarity as we met to deliver his green card and discuss next steps!

Easily the most challenging year of my professional career culminated in a rewarding and exciting way for me when I was named partner at Rose Law Group last month. Rose Law has become home to me as I’ve chaired its immigration group over these last 5 years, to the point that I cannot imagine practicing anywhere else. We’ve grown the practice substantially, expanded our offerings, and done our best to help so many individuals, families, and companies navigate the increasingly challenging and ever changing field of U.S. immigration law. I’m honored by the recognition, humbled by the association with so many insanely intelligent and hard working lawyers, and so excited about where this practice is going!

It’s been an long road for my boy Zabi. From SIV interpreter fighting alongside US Marines to refugee to asylee and now about to be green card. Been with him for the majority of this legal journey and won’t stop till he’s a U.S. citizen! We need all the Zabis we can get. 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸
