When buyers relocate to the East Valley, most searches start the same way- price range, square footage, commute time. That's a reasonable starting point, but it won't tell you where you actually want to live. Scottsdale, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Fountain Hills — they overlap in price. They don't overlap in feel. And when you're making a decision this significant from a distance, that difference matters.

One of the first things I do with relocation buyers is help them understand the communities before we start touring listings, and that changes the search entirely.

When patience pays off you get the home of your dreams!

I have been working with buyers for the past few years looking
