When buyers relocate to the East Valley, most searches start the same way- price range, square footage, commute time. That's a reasonable starting point, but it won't tell you where you actually want to live. Scottsdale, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Fountain Hills โ€” they overlap in price. They don't overlap in feel. And when you're making a decision this significant from a distance, that difference matters.

One of the first things I do with relocation buyers is help them understand the communities before we start touring listings, and that changes the search entirely.

Inventory is up slightly. Buyers are more selective. Days on market are extending on listings that came in overpriced or under-prepared . None of that is alarming โ€” it's seasonal, and it's manageable if you understand what it means for your strategy. The sellers doing well right now came in ready. They priced for where the market is, not where it was last spring.

When patience pays off you get the home of your dreams!

I have been working with buyers for the past few years looking
specifically in Fire Rock Country Club for the perfect place to purchase. They already had a home they had loved for 16 years so it had to be a "make us move" home.

Well we found it and our clients are so excited to live inside the gates of Fire Rock and be able to walk to the Country Club and be so close to the Club that they love and are members.
