Nichol Fitzpatrick was a young mother when she embarked on a path in law enforcement that, over the next 26 years, would bring her into the courtroom to litigate complex custody and divorce cases. Fitzpatrick has worked as non-sworn law enforcement, inside the prosecutor's office, as courtroom staff, as paralegal, as case manager, and sat second chair to top-tier attorney litigators and was a law
student intern for the Legal Aid of Orange County's Family Law Clinic. She is diligent, thorough, and knowledgeable in Arizona Family Law with broad experience in other areas of law. She has worked alongside seasoned attorneys, performing work that is often reserved for associate attorneys.
