Lance, aka , is our rockstar*.

Founding Partner and Broker Associate. Lance serves his real estate clients with the professional and personal engagement they need to achieve their goals. Whether they’re buying, selling, or investing, Lance works with them to create a realistic path and navigate market challenges while delivering a superior experience from start to finish.

A fourth-generation Santa Cruz native, Lance was a professional musician (*hence the rockstar comment above) before heading into the family business of property tax consulting. Representing many blue-chip Fortune 500 companies, Lance steadily navigated corporate and government intricacies while determining and implementing the most winning strategies for his clients. Lance has always worked in different facets of real estate but was eager to move from the high-pressured corporate arena to the one-on-one transactional kind. He began by working with investors and slowly transitioned into handling all types of deals, a juggling act with which he was familiar and comfortable.

Lance believes that being a better agent makes the industry a better place for all, and his mission is to provide professional and ethical service to clients and colleagues alike. As a former productivity coach, Lance is ever-mindful of the high-level coaching he once received, and he pays it forward by sharing his knowledge and insights with other agents to help them grow their businesses, productivity, and successes. Lance also holds several industry designations, including as a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®).

When Lance isn’t selling real estate, you’ll often find him making music solo or collaborating with his musician friends. Lance is also a huge soccer and Formula One racing fan (can you tell by the photo?). He is married to his beautiful, German-born wife, Julia, and has two equally beautiful twin daughters, who are both competitive equestrians! Lance is passionate about giving back to his community through his company’s Heroes Housing Assistance program and by collecting food donations on behalf of local organizations.
