As we close out this week on Character & Integrity, I want to leave you with something to carry forward.

Character is not an accident. It’s not something that happens to you. It’s the result of hundreds and hundreds of choices — most of them small, most of them unseen, most of them made when the stakes seemed low.

But here’s what I’ve learned: the stakes are never low. Every choice either builds the person you want to become or chips away at them. There is no neutral ground.

This week, pay attention to the small choices. They’re the ones that matter most.
