I retired as an active courtroom trial lawyer after 41 years on Dec. 31,2023. I will serve as “Of Counsel” to Jones & Warren till June 30,2024 when the new purchasers of the firm take over.

I joined with two friends in making a presentation to the Maine State Bar Association Winter conference today on the topic of “electronic door litigation.”
Matt Lauzon, our recent law school grad researcher, left, and Bill Robitzek, retired superstar lawyer, worked with me to present a comprehensive overview to conference attendees on how to gain justice for elderly clients who have been injured by defective electronic door at Big Box stores. It was a good afternoon for all involved.
