*HELP WANTED*

Our firm recently transitioned from Cunningham to Zoom Phone for Business, and while most features are working well, like receiving calls and voicemails, we're still encountering an issue we haven’t been able to resolve.

Specifically, we’re unable to place outgoing calls from our desktop phones. Each time we attempt to dial out, an error message appears stating: “This phone cannot place calls at this time.”

Unfortunately, our current plan doesn’t include access to live customer support, and the chatbot that Zoom provided has not been able to resolve the issue.

If anyone in the area has experience with Zoom Phone or can recommend a local specialist familiar with its business platform, we’d greatly appreciate your help!
