The Willow Point BOD is hosting an🍦🍨🍧 Ice Cream Social for all homeowners of Willow Point on April 25, 2026, from 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM.

Miss T & Mr. B’s Sweet Treats Ice Cream Truck will be providing the ice cream.

The goal of this event is to connect as a community and spend some time with our neighbors and the BOD will be present to answer any questions/discuss any concerns that you may have.

We look forward to kicking off our summer with you over some ice cream and we hope to see you all there!

Good morning, Willow Point residents. I'd like to take a moment to remind everyone that parking on the grass is prohibited, as it causes damage to both the grass and sprinkler systems. Additionally, for safety reasons, parking is not permitted near the stop sign at Willow Point Lane and Willow Point Circle, on sidewalks, or on the road by the bus stop at Willow Point Lane entrance. This helps prevent traffic congestion and potential accidents caused by blocked roads.

Good evening WP Residents! I know the questions have been asked…. We are currently moving to 1 ANNUAL meeting (3rd quarter ish). And 3 additional quarterly meetings”quarterly” meetings. We are working to set these dates so that members of WPHOA can attend if they like. In the coming days, we should be publishing these dates for you to add to you calendars. We do realize it is time for an ANNUAL meeting. We have a date rolling around. As soon as we lock it in, we will notify here. Also, an official letter and email will be going out to all homeowners so you have your 30 day notice! Thank you

The Meeting we did last Tuesday went pretty well!

The current President and possibly other Board Members will be in attendance. This is a respectful forum for open discussion, and we kindly request that attendees refrain from arguments and profanity.
Our Board of Directors is committed to enhancing the living experience for all residents, making it easier, friendlier, and more convenient.

We have a FEW names submitted so far! Lets keep it going!

We Invite our Willow Point Residents to help "Name the Lakes of Willow Point" these names need to be decided BEFORE the 25th of June!

Naming these areas will assist the Board, Residents, Associa, and the Willow Point Landscapers to more easily identify problem areas that are reported if we can come together and name them.

Please submit your name for the body of water, along with its corresponding number on THIS THREAD ONLY. As names start coming in, we will add a "voting option" before the deadline!

If you or your children are found engaging in any of this disruptive behaviors, you will incur a fine or will be held accountable for replacing any damaged property.
