Families finding out their student’s do not have a certified teacher and fight back. Told the classes are covered from time to time? What is the value of missed services? Does providing compensatory services work to restore the student to where they should be?
Is the teacher shortage a way to address these issues? How can families and schools find solutions so that this can be avoided?
