⏳ Days on Market: 55 (+6 YoY) → Homes take a bit longer to sell. Patience matters.
📦 Supply: 3 months → Still tight. Sellers retain meaningful leverage.
💰 Sale-to-List: 98.7% → Buyers paying close to asking on well-priced homes.
🔥 Sold Above List: 25.9% → Competition is alive in the right segments.
