A federal judge has partially granted Blake Lively’s request for more than $8 million in attorneys’ fees and litigation costs stemming from her legal battle with Justin Baldoni and Wayfarer Studios. She was awarded a total of $407,451.75.

SCOTUS has refused to hear President Trump’s appeal of the $5 million verdict against him for sexual abuse. That verdict had been affirmed by the Second Circuit, NY’s federal appeals court. In a separate case, E. Jean Carroll won $83 million in her defamation case arising from President Trump calling her allegations a hoax.

The Supreme Court has denied President Trump's appeal of the $5 million jury finding in the 2022 defamation case brought against him by the writer E. Jean Carroll.
