Did you hear? The Lively v Baldoni case has settled. Scott predicted it would settle before trial while G thought Baldoni would fight to the death (although most employment cases DO settle). We’ll chat about the resolution on our podcast this week.

After the judge overseeing the lawsuit threw out a large part of the case, talks between the two camps started in earnest, according to a person familiar with the settlement.
