If your house has been sitting on the market and you are thinking, “We will just wait,” you need to hear this.
Sometimes, the only thing standing between you and a sold sign is price.
That does not mean you failed.
It means the market is talking.
Buyers do not care what you need to make.
They care what else they can buy for the same money.
If showings have slowed down, offers are not coming in, or you reduced once, and nothing happened, that is data. And ignoring data is expensive.
The longer a home sits, the more buyers assume something is wrong.
Then you end up chasing the market instead of leading it.
