Think you may have been partially responsible for an accident? Don’t assume that means you have no case.

Fault is not always as simple as it first appears. Photographs, witness statements, vehicle damage, traffic cameras, police reports, and other evidence may reveal important details.

Before accepting blame or walking away from a possible claim, get answers.

A fast settlement is not always a fair settlement.

Before accepting an insurance company’s offer, consider:

• Will you need additional medical treatment?
• Have you missed work?
• Could your injury affect your future income?
• Are all your medical expenses included?

Once you sign a settlement, you may give up the right to seek additional compensation. Know the full impact of your injuries before closing your claim.

Evidence can disappear quickly after an accident.

Save everything connected to your case:

📸 Photos and videos
🧾 Medical bills and receipts
📄 Accident reports
📱 Emails and insurance messages
💼 Records of missed work
👥 Witness names and contact information

Keeping organized records can make it easier to show how the accident affected your life.

Your social media posts may become part of your personal injury case.

Photos, videos, check-ins, comments, and even posts from friends can be reviewed and taken out of context by an insurance company.

After an accident:

• Avoid discussing the incident online
• Don’t post about your injuries or activities
• Review your privacy settings
• Ask friends not to tag you

When in doubt, don’t post.

What happens if the driver who caused the crash has no insurance—or not enough coverage?

You may still have options, including coverage available through your own policy or claims involving other responsible parties.

These cases can become complicated quickly. Don’t assume there is nowhere to turn until your coverage and the accident have been carefully reviewed.

🚨 CAR SEAT RECALL ALERT 🚨

Evenflo is recalling 22,981 Revolve180 LiteMax NXT infant car seats manufactured before April 1, 2025.

A miscalibrated level indicator may cause the seat to be installed too upright, meaning certain models do not meet federal child-restraint safety requirements.

What parents should do:

Check the model number and manufacture date.
Register the affected seat with Evenflo.
Evenflo will provide a free repair kit.
Do not return the seat to the retailer.
Follow Evenflo’s approved interim installation guidance until the repair kit arrives.

No injuries have been reported. For eligibility details, affected model numbers and instructions, visit the official Evenflo recall page or call 1-800-233-5921.

Please share this important safety information with parents and caregivers.
