Over the following decades, she witnessed the area's explosive growth firsthand and gained a wealth and depth of local knowledge. Adept at interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, diplomacy and building trust, Nicole feels called to work with, and is particularly well suited to work for, individuals experiencing divorce. She is compassionate, patient and has the necessary tools to help clients make informed decisions regarding marital real estate. To best serve her divorcing clients, Nicole has undergone advanced, specialized training in divorce real estate, earning the designation Real Estate Collaboration Specialist – Divorce (RCS-D).
