We toured six homes in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, and eliminated for almost immediately🏡

Not because of the kitchens, bathrooms, or floorplans.

❌ one didn’t allow the fence my buyers needed for their dog.
❌ one had an older roof that raised concerns.
❌ one had HOA fees that didn’t make sense for their lifestyle.
❌ one simply wasn’t in the right location.
