In the real estate business since the early 1980’s, husband and wife real estate sales team, Clark Franke and Linda Boston (Franke) specialize in the sale of country homes and estates, horse property, ranches, vineyards and land in the Santa Ynez Valley and surrounding rural area. Clark and Linda are owners and broker of Ranch & Country Real Estate Services, serving the Santa Ynez Valley, and rural Santa Barbara County. They are also publishers of Ranch & Country Magazine. Clark and Linda have handled some of the largest land and ranch sales in Santa Barbara County. They bring an extensive amount of marketing experience to the table, and know how to deal with issues that surround the sale of larger estates and land ~ disclosure requirements, entitlements, environmental concerns, and much more. Clark and Linda began publishing Ranch & Country Magazine in 1995, initially as a means to enhance their own local real estate business niche. The magazine quickly grew in circulation to throughout California and West and is used by many agents, brokers and sellers to market their rural real estate listings. RanchAndCountry.com was a natural outgrowth of Ranch & Country Magazine, and now serves as a rural real estate search database throughout the U.S. and Internationally. Clark and Linda focus on the importance of “market reach” as a foundation of their business.
