As Paul Simon Sang "Still Crazy after All These Years" I say,

Only a few people really can get at the heart of what Seaside, Florida really is. What it has been and why. More importantly only a very very very few know where it is going and why.

I strongly believe that as real estate professionals we can know communities and know them pretty well, but we have never pretended to be "in" a community just because we made a sale.

Gayle was an Original Owner in Rosemary Beach and only a few of those are still around. Ariel was a Blue Mountain "ier" true and true and has family in Watercolor.

And yes Gayle and I have owned and lived in Seaside Since November 2017 and constructed now 3 homes there. We have lived in Rosemary, Seacrest, Seagrove, Old Seagrove and Gulf Place too. We are not done yet by any means but did find our home in Seaside, Florida and that is why you get this.
