Did you know that communication 55% is nonverbal, 38% is vocal, and only 7% is words only? So, when you're trying to reach an agreement with someone, pay attention to their body language as well as what's NOT being said. You'll get a clearer understanding of the other person's point if view. And that's the best foundation for resolving any disagreement or conflict!

It allows one to reflect what each party really wants, to understand why, and to figure out a way to make it a win-win. This contemplative aspect of mediation is much more conducive to a better outcome than taking a disagreement to the courts. So, it's something we hope you consider when it comes to resolving a conflict.
