When you get hurt at work, you know what happened. You see a doctor. You start to heal. 🩹

Then the letter comes: “Your claim has been denied.” 📬

Confusing terms. Bills piling up. A paycheck that may have stopped. Many people assume it’s over.

It’s not. A denial isn’t the final word, and you have the right to challenge it.

We can help by reviewing the letter with you, explaining why it was denied, and pushing back on your behalf. 💙

If you’re confused, don’t give up, ask for help.

Why is your workers’ comp case taking so long?

It’s one of the most common questions we hear—and we get why. When you’re dealing with an injury, appointments, and financial uncertainty, waiting is hard.

Here’s what’s usually happening behind the scenes:
1. Medical treatment is ongoing. We need a clear picture of your recovery before we can value your case.
2. A medical evaluation is pending. If there’s disagreement about your condition, a QME/AME review takes time to schedule and complete.
3. More information is needed. Missing records, unanswered questions, or additional opinions are worth waiting for rushing means risking an incomplete case.
4. Disputed issues need resolving. Disagreements over disability or medical issues can mean more negotiation—or a trip to the WCAB.
5. Ready to settle ≠ ready to settle well. We want your final resolution to reflect your full medical picture and future needs, not just speed.

Your case isn’t forgotten—it’s moving through necessary steps. Unsure what yours is waiting on? Ask your legal team. You deserve to know where things stand.
