Orange County Bail Agents Association The OCBAA shall: Promote, advance, preserve and protect the business interests of retail bail agents based in Orange County, CA.

The Orange County Bail Agents Association was formed in 1996 for the purpose of assisting local bail agents in informing the Public, Law Enforcement, and the Courts on how bail bonds work. For over 15 years OCBAA has built relationships with the Orange County Sheriffs Department, The Orange County District Attorneys Office and several local Law Enforcement Agencies. These relationships have proven

to be valuable with relation to how the bail process works in Orange County

If you are a local Bail Agent it is imperative you join this organization. You can expect to learn things you didn’t know; hear war stories from other Bail Agents, exchange ideas with agents and many other topics that directly affect you if do business in Orange County.

As the current president of the Orange County Bail Agents Association i urge you to look at another bad law passed by Governor Brown and ask for your support by signing petitions to put this on the ballot in 2020.
The OC Supervisors all oppose SB10. Join me in repealing this, need signatures collected by November 10th to submit in Sacramento.
