ANOTHER DEFENSE VERDICT for our dealership client! ⚖️

In a catastrophic personal injury case involving a paraplegic plaintiff and the death of another individual, the plaintiff sought $30 million from our dealership client.

The plaintiff alleged negligence and strict product liability against the dealership.

Before trial, the other defendants—including the City of Lancaster, FCA, and Adient/Johnson Controls—settled their claims.

Our trial team, Elizabeth Kolar and Kelly Kolar, strategically prepared the defense and took the case through a grueling four-week trial.

The result? A unanimous jury verdict in favor of our dealership client.
