This was a labor of love since it was owned by one of the nicest couples I’ve ever known…Rosemary Evans and her late husband Kent. I hope I made you proud of the work we did. It’s nerve racking doing a close family member’s house. 😬

I really love the original idea exterior and the yard. We decided to add a 26’ long 6”x24” engineered wood beam to open up the main floor and magically it transformed. We pretty much gutted the interior of the house and started over worh all new cosmetics finishes.

It’s in one of the nicest neighborhoods in all of Murray 😍 so come chcek it out! Send it to all your friends and family. It deserves another amazing family.
