In 2019, the Salt Lake Board of Realtors® Charity Committee launched the American Dream Grant program, recognizing the significance of homeownership. These grants, now valued at $7,500 each, aid first-time homebuyers with their down payments. The Salt Lake Board takes pride in supporting community members in realizing their homeownership dreams!

The deadline for applications for this grant cycle is noon on March 19. Three recipients will be selected and notified on March 20. Please note that submitting multiple applications for the same grant cycle does not enhance your likelihood of winning.
